Every shoot starts with your brand: we talk about your goals and audience, I create a moodboard and concept, and I take care of styling advice and location scouting.

How do we plan it?
With a consultation call. We discuss your brand, your audience and where the photos will be used. Then I create your custom moodboard and concept.
Where do we shoot?
Where your brand lives. A studio or atelier, your workspace, or locations I scout for you. Hair & makeup, studio costs, video and GIFs are available as add-ons.
What do I get?
A bank of images you can use everywhere. Portraits and lifestyle photos with commercial rights, for your website, social media, press and ads.
What to expect
01Book your session
Choose your package, then pick a day and time in my calendar. Online bookings close 2 days before the shoot. Need a last-minute date? Contact me quickly: if I'm available, I always go above and beyond to make it happen.
02Client Portal
After booking, you'll receive an email with your invoice and access to your Client Portal, where we plan your shoot together and I create your custom moodboard. Inside you'll find all the resources to prepare:

03Your photoshoot experience
I guide you through every pose, so it feels natural, even if it's your first photoshoot. Since 2018 I've photographed 1,500+ happy clients from 75 countries, so you're in good hands.
Once you decide your location(s), I share a Google Maps meeting point in advance, so you know exactly where to find me.
04Private gallery
Within 3 days after the shoot, you receive a private gallery with watermarked previews to choose your favourites.
In accordance with your package, you select a set number of photos. Extra photos are €28 each (excl. VAT).
05Retouching & delivery
Your final photos are retouched and delivered within 5–7 days, in high resolution, in colour and black & white.
From your private gallery, you can also order albums, prints, save-the-date cards and canvases of your retouched photos, made by a premium printing brand I trust. As I partner with them, you get an exclusive discount.

Personal Branding FAQs
Studio Fee
This applies when clients are interested in shooting at a studio. Once the booking is confirmed, we provide curated options for studio rentals. In the Netherlands, prices typically range from 70€ per hour to 250€ for 2 hours on average.
Additional retouched photos
28€ each (excl. VAT) –Professional Retouching
Additional hours shooting
75€ for each additional 30 minutes of shooting (excl. VAT).
150€ for each additional 1 hour of shooting (excl. VAT).
Weekends & Public Holidays
I typically do not schedule sessions on public holidays, though exceptions may occasionally be made depending on availability and project type.
Weekends are reserved to maintain a healthy work-life balance and ensure the highest quality for each session. However, I may accommodate weekend bookings for clients who are unable to schedule during weekdays.
Weekend sessions (Saturday and Sunday) include a 75€ surcharge (excluding VAT). This fee is automatically applied when selecting a weekend date in the booking calendar.
I recommend scheduling weekend sessions early in the morning to avoid crowds and ensure optimal lighting conditions, especially at popular locations.
Priority Retouching
An additional fee of 150€ (excluding VAT) applies for our 3-working-day turnaround service. Your edited images will be delivered within three business days once selections and payment are confirmed.
Kindly inform us before booking this option to ensure availability in our schedule.
Privacy Protection
For clients who require complete confidentiality, a privacy protection option is available for an additional 60€ (excluding VAT).
When selected, your images will remain private and will not be used for portfolio, social media, advertising, or any promotional purposes — online or offline. The photographer retains full copyright of the images but agrees not to publish or use them for marketing purposes.
Travel fee
Extra fees may apply outside Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Hilversum.

Depending on your personal branding photo needs, you might choose to shoot outdoors or indoors, whichever aligns better with your branding, personality, and overall vision. Once I receive your online booking, which means the start of our working relationship, I will provide recommendations for both types of locations to ensure we capture the best possible images for you.
Outdoor
I offer a meticulously curated selection of stunning locations across Amsterdam and the Netherlands, tailored specifically for your branding sessions. The booklet features a diverse array of settings, ranging from the vibrant streets of Amsterdam to contemporary cityscapes, serene parks and forests, idyllic beaches, dunes, and more.
Indoor
For personal branding photography, indoor locations are ideal as they allow you to showcase your authentic and spontaneous self, perfectly suited for professional branding photos. I provide a booklet featuring indoor locations in the Netherlands, including professional studios, ateliers, cozy coffee places, elegant hotel lobbies, and more. These settings are chosen to create a polished and professional atmosphere for your photoshoot.
In the Netherlands, prices typically range from 100€ per hour to 250€ for 2 hours on average. Fees vary based on location and amenities.
Please note that studio expenses are not included in the photoshoot package due to the varying preferences and needs of each client. If you prefer a studio setting, you will be responsible for booking your desired studio from my list of recommended options or conducting your own search.
